Workshop Overview

One of the main areas of non-compliance in CQC inspection reports is Medication Management, this often leads to a breach of Regulation 12: Safe Care and Treatment and a rating of Requires Improvement at best. During this workshop, you will learn about the key elements of a robust medication management system, how to assess competence and how to use the different types of errors to drive continuous improvement.
